2 Hour Hands-On Introduction Seminar
Saturday 9th May - 2pm to 4pm
4 Consecutive Weeks of Women's Only BJJ Classes
Tuesday 12th / 19th / 26th May & 2nd June - 7pm to 8pm
Experienced Female BJJ Instructor.
Women's Only Seminar & Classes.
100% Newbies all training together.
This is designed for first-timers – active, fun, and zero pressure.
· Skills based training in a fun and approachable way.
· A structured and supportive environment to learn something new.
· No experience necessary. We will teach you the skills you need to know to get started and feel confident getting out on the mats.
· All ages (from 13 years+) and fitness levels welcome. BJJ is an excellent way to build fitness, confidence, and keep the body moving.
Want to continue your training after the 4-week introduction course?
The women’s only BJJ class will continue weekly every Tuesday. Become a Crocodile Martial Arts member to access this, all other BJJ classes, and all martial arts programs available at Crocodile Martial Arts Australia.
